All website content — text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of K.R App Building Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Project Agreements
Development projects are governed by a separate Project Agreement covering scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and IP ownership. Full source code ownership transfers to the client upon final payment.
5. Limitation of Liability
K.R App Building Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.
6. Confidentiality
Project information shared during enquiry or development is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
